I and Lasse went to Haukeliseter Wednesday 9/11. We would go up Nupsdalen and Nupsredet. We started from Haukeliseter approx. at. 11.00. It was overcast. We drove into Nupshallene. It is a farm that makes goat cheese. Here we parked.

It was very nice to walk up the valley. Nupsdalen was a lovely valley. The last ascent of 100m to Nupsredet was creepy. One had to go into a crevice that was tilted up. Nothing special for me with a fear of heights. Used approx. 3 hours up and approx. 2 hours down.

This was not the worse one I'd. I like to go this stretch again. From Haukeliseter to Midalsbu.

We were over at Haukeliseter. Day 2 we drove through Rauland to Rjukan. From here we drove up to the parking lot to Gaustatoppen. Today it was nice weather and we spent approx. 1 hour and 38 minutes up to the cafe and the same down. We took many pictures of the trip. I do not think this was anything particularly fast, but this was no trim trip but a trip where we were going to take pictures.
